You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rush Power Systems., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account. Conditions of use, this site provided by Rush Power Systems for the sole purpose of commerce. All content is sole property of Rush Power Systems and is copy righted to same. We grant our customers the right to create an account for the purpose fo purchasing products from Rush Power Systems. We also grant our customers the right to create links to this site in any other site they would like however we do not grant permission to place any type of link from this site to any other site. We do not grant the right to advertise any products or services with in this site with out our approval. Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. In the event that a Rush Power Systems. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Rush Power Systems. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Rush Power Systems. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Rush Power Systems. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. This site and its features (non auto electrical products) are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Rush Power Systems. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Rush Power Systems does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Rush Power Systems. does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Rush Power Systems is not responsible for individual states law, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that purchased products are legal to install and use in customers state. Rush Power Systems in no way makes any claim regarding federal and state emissions law, carb regulations, coastguard regulations, or any other applicable law. All sales final, no cash refunds, refunds for store credit only. All Rush Products are considered custom purpose built and are considered off-road use only. All Warranties are non-transferable. Rush Power Systems Fans are warrantied for 1 year or 12,000 miles, which ever comes first, they are not covered by our limited lifetime service warranty. External regulators are warrantied for 90 days, they are not covered by our limited lifetime service warranty. Tesla-box external rectifiers are covered by our limited lifetime warranty. All new alternators except our SPL-Comp units are covered by a one year parts and labor warranty as well as our lifetime service warranty. Limited lifetime service warranty covers service only, customer is responsible for cost of parts. Limited lifetime warranty covers parts and labor. Repaired parts are warrantied for 6 months only. Liability is limited to replacement only, Rush Power Systems is not responsible for any other costs incurred by customer as a result of part failure, this includes but is not limited to shipping costs, tow charges, mechanic charges, rental charges, or other damaged parts. All warranties are subject to inspection to be conducted by Rush Power Systems employees only. Product must be registered with-in 30 days of install, registration must include photos of the install, photos must show power and ground cable to the alternator, fuse, batteries used and the installation of the product purchased from Rush Power Systems. Failure to do so will automatically void warranty. The following condition will not be covered by any warranty offered by Rush Power Systems, physical damage, tampering or disassembly of product in any way, over worked, over driven, or burned out parts.
